Four Types of Coffee

Our Arabica coffee beans originates from Vietnam that is commonly used in coffee shops. It has a sweet and softer taste with hints of chocolate, nuts, and caramel. There's a slight pleasant acidity and a little bitterness. Cold brewing coffee can help bring out the sweet flavors of this coffee even more.
Robusta coffee - the cheaper coffee from the four coffee types. Robusta coffee is the second most produced coffee in the world, making up around 40% of the worldwide coffee production. Our Robusta originates from Davao. It has a strong and harsh taste with 1.7% caffeine. Despite its flavour being considered less refined, Robusta is widely used in espresso blends because it is known to produce a better crema (the creamy layer found on top of an espresso shot) than Arabica. It is hardier, more resistant to disease and produces better yields.
