Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders typically take 3 to 5 business days to process, excluding weekends for coffee beans. This may be faster if all items are ready for packing or longer during peak seasons or when supplies are limited. Each item, including accessories and freebies, is manually checked for quality before being packed and sent to the dispatch facility. Customers will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor their parcel during transit.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays). During peak seasons or unexpected delays, delivery may extend to up to 7 business days.

  • Cebu Area: 2 to 3 business days.

  • Local Delivery: A few hours via Lalamove for nearby Cebu areas.

  • Store Pick-Up: Available anytime once your order is marked as ready.

Please note: Delivery times only cover transit and do not include order processing time. Peak seasons may extend both processing and delivery times.

Shipping Options

  • Local Pick-Up: Free from any of our available locations.

  • Local Delivery: Quick delivery through Lalamove  for Cebu nearby areas.

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days for areas not covered by local delivery or for Cebu customers preferring lower delivery fees.

  • Premium Service: Standard shipping with priority processing (offered during peak seasons).
