Refund policy
Returns
Return claims must be made within 24 hours of your order's delivery. After this period, we won’t be able to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
We can only process an exchange or refund if you receive the wrong products. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging, inclusions, and freebies. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Please record a video while unboxing the package — no video proof means no refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and video during unboxing.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. You’ll be informed whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few days. Please note that only the item price is refunded — shipping fees are non-refundable. For promotional items with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are excluded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared in your account yet, please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing. You can also contact your bank, as processing times may vary. If you still experience issues, feel free to reach out to us at support@esprezso.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are only available for incorrect items received. We are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping courier during transit. Exchanges are only valid for the same product.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the return, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For safer returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This ensures we receive your returned item without issues.
