Robusta Coffee
Robusta coffee is the second most produced coffee in the world, making up around 40% of the worldwide coffee production. Our Robusta originates from Davao. It has a strong and harsh taste with 1.7% caffeine. Despite its flavour being considered less refined, Robusta is widely used in espresso blends because it is known to produce a better crema (the creamy layer found on top of an espresso shot) than Arabica.
